Vouch makes video easy - enabling teams to collect, edit and share video content with a single link. The use cases for Vouch are endless - ranging from customer testimonials, user feedback, video recruitment, team comms and many more.

We have built the business with a product-led growth strategy from day one - allowing us to work with over 3000+ customers, including some incredible teams from Canva, Atlassian, Hubspot, Dropbox and more.

We are about to re-platform and redesign our entire Product. Making it mobile-first, user-tested, and designed using a robust Design System. But we can’t do this without a highly energetic and passionate Product Designer.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who shares our vision for designing intuitive experiences that people love to use. You will be involved in every stage of the process, supporting our end-to-end workflow. Everything from gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, designing screens, user testing, and measurement. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of user experience design, who knows how to apply that to directly drive product growth.

We’re hoping that might be you.

We’re a relatively small Design team with a big vision for where we want to take our product and our team. You will report to our Design Lead who will also provide guidance, training, and any supporting materials for you to succeed and grow in your role.

What you will be working on

  • Set design requirements by collaborating with Product Owners and user research
  • Work with your Design Lead to ensure you move through all stages of our PDLC (Product Development Lifecycle)
  • Coordinate with other designers to ensure consistency in experience across all product verticals
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
  • Work closely with Engineers and your scrum team to suggest improvements for products and processes
  • Run hallway tests or formal user testing sessions and document feedback and iterations.
  • Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and business leaders

Your background

  • 5+ years experience as a Product, UX, UI (mobile/app/web) designer, or similar role
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating amazing user-centred design
  • Successful delivery of end-to-end product design on projects, from problem definition right through to collaborating with engineering to bring ideas into reality.
  • Strong prototyping ability in the tool of your choice
  • Experience with conducting research and interviews and knowledgeable about different research methodologies. Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Marvel, G.Suite
  • Strong understanding of best practice web accessibility
  • Experience working with a Design System

Preferred but not essential

  • Experience working with video editing
  • Designing B2B or B2C SaaS applications
  • Experience designing native applications
  • Strong UX research methodologies
  • Experience facilitating workshops
  • An acute sense for content design, narrative, and copywriting
  • Experience building design systems
